A full refund for courses enrolled in can be obtained seven (7) days prior to the commencement of a course or workshop After this period no refund will be provided although substitutions are allowed.
Products cannot be returned without prior written agreement by Innovately and a Product Return Number (PRN). Please do not post items without both of these.
